Wir verschicken registriert mit DPD für folgende Portopauschalen:

Bestellwert bis zu 50 Euro: 5,50 Euro Porto

Bestellwert 50-100 Euro: 3,90 Euro Porto

Bestellwert über 100 Euro: portofrei.

DPD liefert nur werktags an. Wenn Ihr tagsüber nicht anzutreffen seid, könnt Ihr entweder Eure Arbeitsadresse oder die eines Nachbarn im Haus angeben, der das Paket annehmen kann.

Bezahlung per Bankeinzug ist der einfachste Weg: wir brauchen nur Eure Bankverbindung und eine schriftliche Bestätigung, dass Ihr mit dem Bankeinzug einverstanden seid. Bitte unbedingt deutlich lesbar schreiben und sicherstellen, dass das Konto gedeckt ist. Sollte die Abbuchung aus irgendeinem nicht von uns verschuldeten Grund platzen, müssen wir die dann entstehenden Bankgebühren an Euch weitergeben.

Bezahlung per Überweisung: einfach Bestellung mailen, auf Antwort mit Rechnungsbetrag warten und überweisen. Wir verschicken unmittelbar nach Zahlungseingang.

Bezahlung mit Master- oder Visacard: Bitte komplette Kartennummer und Name des Karteninhabers sowie das Ablaufdatum der Karte mit der Bestellung schicken. Ihr könnt die Info auch faxen oder in mehreren Mails schicken.

PAYPAL: Geht auch, allerdings fallen 4% Paypal Gebühren für Euch an. Ansonsten gilt hier wie bei der Überweisung: einfach Bestellung mailen, auf Antwort mit Rechnungsbetrag warten und überweisen. Wir verschicken dann unmittelbar nach Zahlungseingang.

ALTERNATIVTITEL: Ihr könnt ERSATZTITEL angeben für den Fall, dass etwas ausverkauft ist! Wenn Ihr per e-mail bestellt, melden wir uns auf jeden Fall wenn etwas nicht erhältlich ist. Die Bestellungen werden umgehend verschickt, es sei denn Ihr mochtet auf einzelne Titel warten

All the prices are listed in Euro and include the german VAT (19%) All customers from OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION can deduct 19% off (7% for books and magzines) the item prices, as there is no German VAT for sales outside the EU. This 19% discount DOES NOT include POSTAL PRICES.

Ways of payment:

BANK TRANSFER: a bank transfer within Euroland (= all European Countrys with the Euro) costs the same as a transfer within your country, so this is a good & cheap option. You mail us your order, we get back with the total amount and you pay to:

MASTERCARD or VISA: We need the complete card number, cardholders name and the expire date. If you don’t want to e-mail the info with your order, you can fax it (we’ll give you the number) or e-mail it in two or three different mails.
 
PAYPAL: You mail us your order and we get back with the total amount. We have to charge 4% on paypal fees on top of your order. For orders with more then 60 Euro we just charge 2,5% and orders over a 100 Euros are without any fees.
 
POSTAL MONEY ORDER (in EUROS)
