Order Process

How can I order?


To order from our website, select an item by clicking the "Add To Cart" button. (note: Your web browser must have "cookies" enabled to add items to your cart.)

To add multiple copies of an item, go to the Basket Contents page, enter the number that you'd like, then click "Update."
You may remove items from your cart by clicking "Remove."

Once you've finalized your selections, click "Checkout."
If you have a pre-existing account, enter your name and password, then click "Login." Otherwise, choose "Checkout As Guest" or "Register".
Next, please fill in the required information fields.

Click "Continue" and choose your payment method.

Click "Continue," check your address and choose your shipping method (see Shipping Options for more info).

Click "Continue, you get an overview of your order. Check if all is correct. Read the Business Terms and the Right of Revocation. You have to agree (click on box) in order to continue with your order

We get back to you with the invoice soon (max. two working days) and will also let you know in case an item is missing. You can decide whether you'd like to wait for the item to be back in stock, list an alternative title or ship without it.

We ship after the money arrived. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order (if you choose the shipping option with tracking) or e.mail you that we shipped.
